STAGING
|
- 24 feet wide and 16 feet deep minimum. (for other dimensions please contact)
- Stage height is determined by numbers of patrons. A minimum of 2-3 feet is usually necessary for audience visibility.
- A mix position of 10ft. x 8ft. is necessary in front of, and no more than 60ft. from the stage. Cables will be
run to this position from stage so runners or some type of trip prevention should be provided.
- Stage and Mix position MUST BE COVERED for outdoor performances! Direct sunlight and/or wind blown rain must not reach equipment.

Power
|
- A minimum of 4 separate 120 volt, 20 amp power circuits (NOT just outlets).
Power source must be within 20ft. of stage.

STAGE ACCESS
|
- Stage should be readily accessible for equipment load-in.
Backstage should be secure and not accessible to audience.

LOADING IN & OUT
|
- Load in time required: 2.5 hours
- Sound check: 30 minutes
- Load out time: 2 hours
- Cold bottled water should be provided while loading in and out.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATIONS
|
- Four double rooms are needed, unless otherwise arranged. Rooms should be reserved in the
band's name and PREPAID. We reserve the right to require a "room buyout" should
routing necessitate immediate departure after the show.

DRESSING ROOM
|
- Must accommodate 10 persons and be secure. With the recent addition of 2 female members, separate dressing rooms should be provided.
- Refreshments (bottled water, soft drinks, food, etc.) must be provided for 10 persons.

PAYMENT
|
- Must be in cash or certified funds. (unless otherwise arranged in advance)
|

|
OTHER
|
- Sale of merchandise is allowed for all events unless noted in contract.
- Band is allowed reasonable number of family and guests for each event.
